TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Orlando Prime Cleaning (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking, scheduling, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

  1. Scope of Services

Orlando Prime Cleaning provides residential cleaning, vacation rental turnover cleaning, and deep cleaning services within the Orlando, Florida area.

Services are performed based on the scope agreed at booking. Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

We reserve the right to decline services outside our standard offerings.

  1. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the client.

Final pricing may vary due to:

  • Property condition
  • Excessive clutter
  • Pet hair or heavy soil
  • Additional rooms or square footage
  • Add-on services

If the condition of the property differs materially from what was described, we reserve the right to:

  • Adjust pricing
  • Modify scope of work
  • Decline service

Client approval will be requested before proceeding with price adjustments when possible.

  1. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may require:

  • Card on file
  • Pre-authorization
  • Deposit for large jobs
  • Advance payment for first-time clients

Failure to pay may result in:

  • Late fees
  • Collection action
  • Refusal of future services

All fees are non-refundable once services are rendered, except under our Satisfaction Guarantee.

  1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellation fees may apply as follows:

  • Less than 24 hours: up to 50% of service cost
  • Same-day cancellation: up to 75%
  • No-show or denied access: 100% of scheduled service

We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to unsafe conditions or force majeure.

  1. Access to Property

The client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property.

If access is not provided:

  • A lock-out fee may apply
  • Full service charge may apply in case of no access

The client is responsible for securing pets before service.

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to quality service.

If you are dissatisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We may, at our discretion:

  • Re-clean the affected area
  • Offer partial service credit

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case.

  1. Property Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

Clients must inform us of:

  • Fragile items
  • Existing damage
  • Special surfaces
  • Valuable items

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Wear and tear
  • Improperly secured items
  • Damage due to aging materials

Claims must be reported within 24 hours.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Loss of income
  • Business interruption
  • Consequential damages
  1. Vacation Rental / Airbnb Turnover

For short-term rental services:

  • Client must provide clear instructions
  • Linen arrangements must be confirmed
  • Check-in deadlines must be clearly stated

We are not responsible for:

  • Guest complaints unrelated to cleaning
  • Property management errors
  • Late check-ins caused by factors outside our control
  1. Helth & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if:

  • Hazardous materials are present
  • Unsafe conditions exist
  • Aggressive animals are not secured
  • Biohazards are identified

In such cases, partial or full service charges may apply.

  1. Independent Contractor Status

Orlando Prime Cleaning may use employees or independent contractors to perform services.

All personnel are expected to meet our professional standards.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, branding, and materials, is the property of Orlando Prime Cleaning and may not be copied without written permission.

  1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any dispute arising from services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Florida.

  1. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

ADDITIONAL LEGAL PROVISIONS

  1. Photo & Media Authorization

To document service quality and protect against false damage claims, Orlando Prime Cleaning may take before-and-after photos of service areas.

Photos will:

  • Focus only on cleaned areas
  • Avoid personal or sensitive items whenever possible
  • Be used for internal quality control and dispute resolution

We will not publish identifiable interior photos for marketing purposes without written client consent.

By scheduling service, client acknowledges and agrees to reasonable documentation for service verification.

  1. SMS & Electronic Communications

By providing your phone number and/or email address, you consent to receive:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Service reminders
  • Service-related communications
  • Billing notifications

We do not send spam or unsolicited marketing messages.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP.”

  1. Force Majeure

Orlando Prime Cleaning shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • Government restrictions
  • Power outages
  • Illness
  • Accidents
  • Supply chain disruptions

In such cases, services may be rescheduled without penalty.

  1. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Orlando Prime Cleaning, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Unsafe property conditions
  • Failure to disclose hazards
  • Misrepresentation of property condition
  • Third-party claims related to client property

this includes reasonable attorney fees where applicable.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  1. Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce such provision in the future.

  1. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to services provided by Orlando Prime Cleaning shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Florida in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Client agrees that:

  • Arbitration replaces the right to sue in court
  • No class actions shall be permitted
  • Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded

This provision survives termination of services.

  1. Limitation of Damages

In no event shall Orlando Prime Cleaning be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Incidental damages
  • Special damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Lost profits

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between client and Orlando Prime Cleaning and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
